How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 working days. For international orders, delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 working days depending on your local customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and face masks cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to choose?
Many of our items have a signature oversized or relaxed fit. We recommend checking the 'Size Guide' button on each product page for specific measurements and fit recommendations to help you find your perfect match.
Will I have to pay customs and import duties?
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Are your products ethically made?
We are committed to ethical production. We work closely with a small number of factories in China, Portugal, and the UK, ensuring fair wages and safe working conditions. We are constantly working to improve our sustainability and transparency.
Can I cancel or change my order once it's placed?
Because our warehouse team works fast to get orders out, we are usually unable to make changes once an order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee it will be possible before dispatch.
